Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your Waves of Hope order.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • For shipped or delivered watches, a 50% restocking fee applies to returns made within 30 days.

  • No refunds will be accepted after the 30-day window.

Returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. change of mind, sizing, personal preference) are subject to the 50% restocking fee. However, if your watch arrives defective, the restocking fee is waived.

Return shipping may be covered depending on your location. If not, you’ll be responsible for shipping the watch back to the address we provide upon request.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

Each waves of hope order undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The watch must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and unaltered.

  • If damage occurred during shipping, please provide clear photo evidence. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a free replacement.

Every case is evaluated individually. Revorra reserves the right to approve or deny refund or exchange requests, especially in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
