Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA: 5–8 business days
• UK & Europe: 5-8 business days
• Australia & NZ: 7–12 business days
• Rest of World: 10–15 business days
These estimates exclude processing time.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to activate.

Customs & Duties

• Import taxes or duties may apply depending on your location.
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if unsure.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

• Waves of Hope is not liable for lost or stolen packages after dispatch.
• For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout.
